Returns

1. Eligibility:

   • We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to Clearance item. 

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Hello@medyaccessories.com
   • Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization (RA) number if required.

4. Return Shipping:

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

1. Processing Time:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the return is received and approved.

2. Refund Methods:

   • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • In case the original payment method is no longer available, store credit or an alternative method may be offered.

Exchanges

1. Defective or Damaged Items:
   • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Hello@medyaccessories.com
   • We will arrange for the exchange or replacement of the item. Or we will refund the full amount for that item.
